We would love for you to come and join us on Monday, 22 November, 6:00pm at the Wellington Collegians Cricket Clubrooms, Anderson Park, near the Botanical Gardens, to discuss the 2021 season and plan for 2022.
Once the formalities are done we will head across the road to The Duke of Wellington for some drinks.
We have some exciting developments to discuss, including merging with the Northern United Junior Hockey Club, developing the women's side of the Club, and announcing the design for the new men's uniform.
We will also look at how the Club is doing financially and who will manage the Club on the Executive next year.
The Collegians Clubrooms are a short walk to the Sprig and Fern and other Thorndon bars if you need refreshment afterwards.
BUSINESS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The business of the Annual Genera! Meeting shall be:-
To receive the Annual Report and Balance Sheet for the previous financial year of the Club.
To elect Officers.
To elect an Executive.
To appoint an Auditor.
To appoint Trustees
To consider and deal with any business of which notice of motion has been lodged by any member with the Secretary
To consider any by-laws made by the Executive during the season for ratification
To make any recommendations for the administration of the Club.
To transact any general business which may arise.
