Womens Premier 1 Team
Northern United are one of the top Women’s teams in Wellington. Winners of the Lower North Island Intercity competition in 2023 and 2024. Finalists in the Wellington Premier 1 competition in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
We play an exciting brand of possession orientated attacking hockey and pride ourselves on having a positive team environment where everyone can succeed and enjoy being part of a high performing team.
We are the Wellington home of New Zealand players Amy Robinson (78 caps and winner of the commonwealth gold medal in 2018) and newly selected goalkeeper Julia Gluyas (US series 2025).
Womens Premier 3 teams
P3 Gold and P3 Black
We play a fast pace (for P3!) passing game and are awesome at finishing and getting goals. We draw comments each week from our brilliant spectators, the opposition and umpires alike about our hockey being fun to watch as we play as a team.
